Window-Eyes lets you use most SAPI voices including the NeoSpeech ones.
JAWS doesn't let you use those, and heaven forbid you should ask FS tech
support to help you get that to work. That's another thing Inever liked
about JAWS.

i disagree about jaws. i love system access because it is the only program
that will let you use julie which is a realistic voice. with sapi you can
download paul which is a realistic voice.
