Hi Bryan,
Well, if you are truly interested in exploring adult interactive
fiction I'd recommend those written for Adrift or the ZCode games for
Frotz. Those seam to work best on Windows and Linux as well. The Eamon
Deluxe games have always given me troubles on XP, and on Windows 7
they simply don't run right at all. So I gave up the old Eamon text
adventures.
