I've actually noticed a couple.
For instance one game got rather confusing when I had dominick the cook, and
dominick the taylor, sinse one was obviously very essential, while the other
wasn't.
I usually find when the population gets above 40 or so, one repeate at the
least will as like as not happen.
Beware the grue!

To be honest, I'm surprised people notice all that many repeated names.
In each individual game, there aren't supposed to be any repeats on the
names, and with a list of 500 for each gender, there are quite a few names
already.
