Hi, Hmmm....Well, that's certainly open to debate. Although giving the patients a little something on the side probably isn't a bad thing. At least not from the guys point of view. Kind of reminds me of a porn movie I once saw called Trailer Trash Nerses. Instead of curing injuries using standard medical practices they healed the patients by screwing their brains out. Sounds like the knotty doctor in Castaways has this kind of cure in mind. :D
