Likewise.  I think though that the only legally safe thing Stuart can do
is to clarify that symbols / footprints "infect" a design with the GPL,
unless he can get a lawyer to say it's okay to say they don't.  I just
think he should carefully avoid unilaterally relicensing work of which
he is not the copyright owner!  It should be up to the individual symbol
contributors to explicitly add GPL exceptions etc.
