Then that is what you should do.  I like what you have said so 
far.

I mentioned the translators for two reasons. 

The first is that not having them will prevent the project 
manager from working at its best.  Some paths work well now, 
others don't.  You should be aware that you will run into 
problems with translation.  That doesn't diminish the value of 
your work on the project manager.

The second is in hopes that someone else will do it, so we can 
have both.  These two projects together are worth much more 
than the apparent sum of the parts.  This recommendation is 
really directed at those who haven't yet pinned down what they 
want to do, but are still feeling things out.
