Actually mine run under cygwin. I just use the -mno-cygwin flag to produce a non-cygwin binary. FWIW, I don't build any of the dependencies, I was able to download them all. For geda though guile probably needs to be compiled. As near as I can tell, gerbv Just Works on windows now. Even printing. pcb mostly works.
