How is Apache2.0? I have one and run an NT server, Windows XP-Pro, FreeBSD and Linux boxes simultaneously. One nice feature is that it include a built-in client for dyndns.org so you can get a free domain for your dynamic IP address ... check http://batonrouge.homeunix.org - running Apache 2.0 and SSH.
