No, it's definitely an NVIDIA issue. No doubt about it. Read the Nvidia forums. You'll see -dozens- (literally) of people posting the exact same results as I am having, and they are all TNT and Geforce owners.
Additionally, Nvidia tech support said themselves, and I quote; "There is a known problem with the TNT and Geforce cards."
