I think your opinion is prevalent among large customers.  Support is

I was hoping to get a little more insight from everyone as to the 
perceived validity of the suit, however.  Don't you think it's horrible 
that Intel forces people to drop AMD from their product lines or else 
pay higher prices? 

Choice is important and we just aren't getting it at the moment...  
Intel knows that they can't win on performance and price, so they 
strongarm the competitor out of the market....
