I think Intel is just as dirty as M$ when it comes to monopolistic tactics. They are just pissed because their Itanium flopped, AMD had a better x86-64 chip before them, Dell is and has been courting AMD, etc.
In my opinion, I hope that Intel loses the suit. We need less strong arming in the market place both from Microsoft and Intel. I know Sun makes SWEET opteron systems. I like my AMD 64 stuff.
