That is the j602\bin folder.

That is the "j602" folder. 
The files "J602" and "Jx602" are the shortcut (.lnk) files that you need to 
copy to the "\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" folder.

What is the name of the folder you are in if you press Up when you are in the 
"j602" folder? 
On my system (Windows Mobile 6.1) if the j602 folder is in the correct 
location, it should be the "My Device" folder. 

In that folder ("My Device") there should be a sub directory called "Windows", 
that is the start of the path to the "\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" folder 
which is where you need to copy the shortcuts.
