Hello Ian

->
-> And i suggest you reinstall, Everything you say here states that you ->have
2 versions running or 1 that uses other libs etc than it expects..

I deleted the Genesis directory and did a reinstall. The problem still
persists. This happens to all 3 programs, GenesisWizard, GenesisPrefs and
Genesis... 1st time after a clean reboot ONLY. After I suspend the GURUed
task, it will run on the 2nd attempt. It doesn't matter which of the 3 I run
and GURU, the next time I run any of the 3 it works!?

->> I am trying to setup my computer with both a ariadne ethernet link to 3
other computers in my house and a PPP modem link to my ISP provider.
->
-> Humm, They have given you ipadresses to the other computers aswell?
Here is a list of my IP addresses
       Iface    IP address  Destination Gateway
Amiga  aridadne 10.10.10.1  <blank>     none
       ppp      <dynamic>   <blank>     10.10.10.1

my ariadne is connected to a 5 port HUB which inturn has:
WIN95  10.10.10.2
NT40   10.10.10.3
LINUX  10.10.10.4

My ISP is 207.14.64.5 or .2

->> Should the IP address for both devices be the same? Or diffrent, even thou
->> both are on the same computer?
->
-> Yes, you should have a diff ip for eatch device

I have Static 10.10.10.1 for the ariadne, and dynamic for the PPP. Is this
right?

->
->> What do I put in the Gateway IP address field? If anything?
->
-> The gateway, Ie the machine all non localnet information should go to

Including the server itself? (currently blank)
Should the Gateway IP be my ISP ie 207.14.64.5?
Should the 3 other machines have Gateway IP of 10.10.10.1 or ISP?

->
->> And what file(s) should I send as an attachment or cut-and-paste into
these
->> emails to futher assist you folks in trouble-shooting my problems.

My Amitcp.log list multiple attempts to find a file AMITCP:db/interfaces and
fails to connect to my ISP. Any Ideas here?

->
-> None atm, Just reinstall genesis from scratch..
Done that.... But It still times out after 30 minutes stating the demo is
over.
As I said before. During the install, I am never prompted to enter my
key/password, as the instructions on the CD case so state.

->
