Based on those 4 I quoted from your original post I wouldn't use the drive anymore. It's indicating it can't correct some of the bad sectors and they're still visible to the OS (Current_Pending_Sector). This is very bad. It's also reallocated some sectors and they are not visible to the OS anymore. It's reallocated 62752 sectors. > Since this is the 2nd time for this specific drive, thoughts?
