Even a blacksmith uses tools to make tools.

If you go at it from the other end of the spectrum, it's a little easier to
see where "Userdom" ends. If the output of your process is used as an input
into someone elses, then you are at the boundary of tool maker.

And you have to remember that all statements and all maps are tools...
