We are not trying to ban all shipping.

We are just pointing out that it is ILLEGAL to ship via USPS
and that it doesn't matter if the post office people tell you it's
legal and/or take the package knowing what is in it, or as
some do -mislabeled packages- it is still illegal.

The defense of 'they told me I could at the counter' or
'they took the package' doesn't work.

It is taking more time than expected, but a safer and legal
and affordable alternative is being sought.

Agreed. However, we need to find a legal alternative.

I am glad you've been lucky so far.

As for whatever opinions expressed, they are respected but.

It is illegal to ship gerbils via the USPS. Period. No matter
what is posted, that isn't changing.

Unless someone starts the petition to Congress (via their
congresspersons) to get the federal code changed.
