He is in a small cage with Paper towels as bedding and to nibble,
food and water.
Even though his right hind leg sticks out at an odd angle, he is
very active, doesn't really want to sit still much.
Thanks for all the advice. I'm glad we did the surgery, because
with our very first gerbil, years ago, we waited too long (on
advice from a vet) and then it was too late to save her.
