Use SPARINGLY though, as it is also an internal 'lubricant' for
animals that lick it off (and they will).
I find it's best to 'test spin' wheels in the store and get one that
runs quietly before you bring it home. You can possibly rebend
the support frame and the crossbars on the one you have to
make it run quieter, but I find it's best to get a silent one from
the start. And don't drop it on a floor or you'll bend it.
