Our first step is to minimize the variant of types, so we don't need
`ScalarValue::Utf8`, `ScalarValue::LargeUtf8` any more but `Scalar` which has
`ScalarValue::String` + `DataType::Utf8` or `ScalarValue::String` +
`DataType::LargeUtf8`
