Review Comment:
We didn't retrieve false type by current design. The comment points to the
change in this PR that is not the solution about `return_type_with_args `.
Can you explain more on what is the "problem" we are facing and why do we
need to carry along the return type for `Expr`? I don't think we have the case
in second point.
