I didn't get a confirmation email from them when I placed my order in December. I called the next morning and the customer service person apologized and said she'd send one right away. I didn't get that one, either. A few weeks later, I *did* get an email notice that my order shipped. Order arrived just under a week later. I placed another order early last week. Same story, no confirmation email. I just figured there's some technical glitch and it's not worth worrying about.
