Although you have extended it from one to three countries, my point
is still the same.  You are still looking at the problem from and insular 
POV.  Even if the USA reduced its output of CO2 to zero, atmospheric 
CO2 levels would continue to rise.  The USA (and Canada and Australia) 
are not the world.

It is important that the USA recognizes that it will not be able to solve
global warming on its own.  The sooner you realise that, drop you
dogmatic opposition to international organizations, and start tackling 
the war to save the world, the better.   You have not been able to
single handedly win the war against terrorism. Why do you think that
you will do a better job when it comes to global warming?
