Most of the time this happens because the pins do not slide freely in the bushing guides. It is real easy to fix it. Remove the two bolts that hold the caliper and the back pad together. Pull the caliper, with the two pins, out of the bushing quides. Get a small round wire brush and clean out the bushing guides. You can role up sandpaper to do this but a round bore brush works much better. Then take a little wheel grease and lube up the pins and put it back together.
