Maybe not!! It is possible to get the nose so high that there is no longer
enough head to feed the carb and the fan quits. Of course this causes the
nose to drop and the engine regains power.

Whether there is a problem or not really depends upon just how high the
nose
was
when this happened. If it was NOT an extreme nose high attitude, then
there
is a problem.
