Mine does still have the "automatic carb heat" linkage still intact. I have slightly bent the actuator portion so that it is ineffective, although I can make it operational by simply bending the tab 1/2". No tools and it stays mostly original. I can shoot some pictures of the original linkage if anyone is interested.
