The pin size required to go through the knee joint is 3/4" and needs to be at least 8" long so you can jackup the airplane and then get a jack stand under it and still let thewheel hang free without hitting eather one. I just made a set of lifting pins for mine that works with a standard 2 ton car jack that work great. Requires a little welding and are most likely slightly over kill but I am sure ithe plane will say where I put it and not fall and damage me or the plane.
