Hi Bill

There are some keyboard shortcuts that may help here. Shift-Tab will take
you back into the upper bar, or Ctrl-Shift-t for To:, Ctrl-Shift-c for Cc:
and Ctrl-Shift-b for Bcc. Once you have verified addresses, Tab back to the
message window.
I know you'd love to have the addresses visible but that's the next best
thing I can think of that doesn't involve mouse-clicks.

Of course, if you were truly a power email user, you'd be using
Alpine<http://www.washington.edu/alpine/>and
Vim <http://www.vim.org/> to edit :P
