These kinds of forums are corporate flim-flam! I see no solutions here! I send e-mails, I see that I send them in my "Sent" box, but recipients do not always get the e-mail, or they do, without the attachment! These forums exist because the usual support can't help when we call (if that is even offered these days), or they leave it to us to dismally crowd-source possibly correct answers...
The bottom line is that these companies no longer offer the service they set out to do, and worse, collude with the FED in spying on the American People!
