That's an interesting question. I received the email with the title 
"Autoreply" one hour later.
Yes Andy, I have many HD with backups actually, I just didn't expect I 
would have to backup my emails too.
Of course it's not conclusive, I can assume the fault could be mine, I just 
highly doubt it. And since there's no proof that it's not gmail fault, I 
guess we'll never know.

You guys are pointing out a very good, offtopic, question. Why do you guys 
think that, because gmail offers a free service, it doesn't need to offer 
proper support? 
Following your reasoning, because it's a free service, gmail shouldn't have 
to offer any kind of security, or any other feature for that matter. "Don't 
expect anything because it's free" is not a good argument.
