Maybe in a while, open a jobs page at gnhlug.org? Or a separate mailing list?
I agree that right now, not a hassle on the list.

If employees are looking a posting on the list won't make it more
tempting just one less place to look. If they have internet access they
have a lot of access to jobs anyway. I do not disagree that it can be a
nuissance for those that have limited bandwith to be bothered by this
type of stuff. It doesn't appear to be to prevalent right now.
