The BSDL is NOT AN EXCLUSIVE LICENSE.

The BSDL is a non-exclusive license and a non-exclusive license CAN NOT
GRANT SUBLICENSING RIGHTS, that's the German law, you moron.

§ 31 Abs. 3 i.V.m. § 35 Abs. 1 Satz 1 UrhG.
