Sadly I think this may have contributed to failure of the communication that has occurred. I recall another person noting that they had been removed from the list and wouldn't rejoin. As I have never removed anyone from this list in the last 12 years or so they must have fallen foul of a bot cleaning the list of dead email addresses. The instructions John mentions can be found on https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/gnucash/#information Without any definitive way to track the translators and invite them back to the Gnucash-devel list I think this is going to take some time to rebuild.
