Definitely look into the Anit-Virus solutions others have recommended.
Also, now that you've downloaded the file, you can try:
1. Right-click on the .exe file
2. Left-click on Properties in the context menu
3. Near the bottom, you *might* see a checkbox labeled "un-block", if
so, clear the checkbox, then Apply/Close the Properties dialog
4. Try to run the .exe again
If that still doesn't work, or there was no "un-block" flag to clear, then:
1. Right-click on the .exe file
2. Left-click on "Run as Administrator"
3. Approve the changes/running the .exe (may require an admin password)
