The title bar could work also. I made the suggestion in Bugzilla for
the Help->About window simply because that's where the paths are listed
currently for GNC_USERDATA_DIR and GNC_USERCONFIG_DIR. And I figured
programmatically it would be easier to just add an additional line
there. But the title bar would be fine also. I don't think it matters
as long as it's clear and easy for the user to find -- especially newer
users who might not know about that "hover" trick. Maybe go and add a
comment to my Bugzilla entry with your title bar recommendation.

Why not in the title bar at the top of the window, above the menu File,
Edit, View, etc.? It certainly looks like there should be plenty of room.
