Wait, I misread that.
You can run a Transaction Report on Find Results?
I know you can run an Account Report that way, but a Transaction Report too?
I just tried while viewing a Find result tab and it simply told me I
needed to choose options first.
The Account Report on the same results tab was extremely limited in
customization.
