Do you have any Portaria/ Regulations Published in the Boletim
Official do Estado de India which consubstantiate your sentence: "kunbis
of Goa.,who were denied admission to the primary schools as their labour
was required to work in the fields and in the property of the
bhatcars.(landlords). ??? I would like to read.
I also do not see any effort of the present Government in Goa to
stimulate Konkani in our Schools.
