RE: Education Corporation for Goa ??

An old college professor once remarked to an outside observer sitting and 
watching a football match from the stands: �my friend it is easy to shoot a 
goal from the �East Stand.� It amuses this writer how many can criticize 
Goans in Goa, on what the say or do, ...by viewing from the �West Stand�.

If one really wants to carry on having an informed and meaningful dialogue 
on matters like Education in Goa -- one should be rightly INFORMED; -- 
should LIVE in Goa, should send their OWN kids to Public schools in Goa, 
should walk the mile in their shoes; then, and only then -- can they be 
�RIGHTLY INFORMED� and can CRITICIZE Goans, for raising their voices on 
matters such as education, film festivals, etc.
