Does this mean that the Caculo Mall has sufficient parking space in its own premises for store owners and customers? If not, should our traffic police be put on daily duty just to regulate traffic congestion caused by the inconsiderate planning of a private party? Apart from the traffic congestion, we residents living in the vicinity of the Caculo Mall have been facing several problems ever since it opened.
