RESPONSE: If they wish to call the U.K. then they can at least use a neutral accent not an American twang! and oh yes, my response was w.r.t. the call centre Gals and Guys being able to speak Polished Eaton English. I understand that they are trying to earn a living but please leave me out of the equation.
