I don't care about you seeing my *IP* if I did - I'd use TOR - it's the IP of people outside our organization who view our website that I don't want Google to see. We obviously keep our own server logs and we ensure those logs to not leave our organization. However, if, by viewing a page on one of our sites, a user's ip is sent to Google, then that is a violation of our policy and privacy legislation (PIPEDA) here in Canada (eh)... And that would suck...
