Wait, in http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.org.google.api.maps/111257 they
say that the API version 3 does not require a Key. Maybe the
http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/staticmaps/ just hasn't
been updated enough? Or are the two APIs not in fact one?...
