Static Maps can only be used in a browser (see Term 10.8), so it's not appropriate to use them in another medium. The Terms allow the use of maps in print provided that not more than 5000 images are printed (see 10.10); but that must be a screenshot. You can't create a derivative work and print from that (see 10.2).
