Hi, To reiterate my email from earlier, the data sent from your device indicates that the username has been entered twice. The exact username sent to us by the client is:
mernbrown mernbrown This doesn't match your username so the GooSync server cannot authenticate you. We suggest you view the username data on your device using the Palm OS on-screen keyboard so you can see the data as the GooSync client does. This way you can remove the duplicate username to allow you to synchronise.
