I would like to point out that there is a middle-ground approach we might consider: for a post that includes content that necessitates the off-topic/personal disclaimer suggested in this thread, it would be possible to syndicate *only* that disclaimer to Planet Mozilla, by separating it from the blog post with a link to the full content. People who read the disclaimer and wish to read on can then do so with a click.
