The question is who needs to show respect? The individual, who needs to respect that not everyone would like to read personal opinionated blog posts, or the group, that needs to respect that people sometimes post very personal, opinionated blog posts. I tend to lean towards Spock here who says "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of a few" (and by need I mean the need to not read things which might potentially offend them). Why would anyone syndicate a post to Planet if that person can simply choose not to do so. And people who're interested in the personal views of that person can choose to go to the blog directly by clicking some of the links on Planet. _______________________________________________ governance mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/governance
