So why can't MO and Argus agree to share directories at least?

Well its either open or its not, it seems "NOT" is the answer,
whichever way you explain it. We are more than happy to cooperate if
you are willing to give us access to the directory. I can see the
reason for not making it open to Russian hackers, as spam is a huge
problem with EMail.


If Argus messages are compliant with standards then you should have
them certified, as you say its just a matter of submitting a batch of
messages.
