So you should be.
Why anyone would use it is a mystery to me. Of the 4-5 PM packages I've
had dealings with it is by far the least user-friendly and has the
fewest useful features. It still has the curious 1995 VB interface and
is still 'waiting-room' centric, which no other PM package I've seen does.
I was also recently shocked to find that the same wizard used for
Medclaims is now used for Online Claiming, which it does not fit properly.
