Not sure about all of them. The systems I recommend (Genie and
Totalcare) are both now on-line updates. Minor updates are done live,
not all major updates can be.
If HCN move away from CD updates, they may risk the ire of some of
their less savvy end-users, who may not have broadband or are just
habituated, which I suspect is much less of a problem for BP.
There are end-users that are not savvy?
