Once again how can one tell which issue is "serious' or not when
Reuters publishes it and converts into an international issue and all
the IGO's and other human rights organizations scream for the release
then the issue is vibrant. I really do not know when will local issues
be taken up seriously into an issue and dealt with!!!!!1
