i would say that if there is something very unnatural and suspicious happening, the police should keep vigil.. esp. because of mounting pressure to ramp up security in kerala due to many reports including possibilities of terrorist attacks..
it doesnt make any sense to me in saying that police should have evidence of WMD storage before being able to check..
